Emulsifiers are widely used. Today I will introduce you to the standard operating procedures for this type of equipment.

1. Turn on the emulsifier heater switch to preheat the pot.

2. Check the equipment and check that the valves are closed. When one pot is heated, the other two pot inlet valves are closed.

3. Turn on the switch and heat the water pot and oil pan first. Open the air outlet valve before heating. Then open the intake valve.

4. Stirring can be accelerated to increase the temperature when the temperature is heated to about 50 °C. When the temperature required by the process is reached, stir again to bring the material to a uniform temperature.

5. Water and oil can be heated when the temperature reaches 60 °C. When the emulsifier is heated, first close the inlet and outlet valves of the vacuum emulsifier, then open the heating valve.

6. When the emulsifier reaches the process temperature, close all valves on the emulsifier to vacuum. When vacuuming, first open the vacuum button on the panel and then open the upper ball valve.

7. The vacuum can be pumped when the vacuum pressure is above 0.2Mpa. Close the pumping valve after the pumping is completed. The vacuum is stopped when the pressure is drawn to 0.4Mpa.

8. Turn on the emulsifier and stir.

9. Set the homogenization relay time after the emulsifier is heated to the temperature required by the process. Turn on the homogenize button to set the speed to homogenize the material.

10. Cool the emulsifier. After homogenization, first, open the drain valve and then open the water valve.

1 .1. Turn off the agitation when it is lowered to the desired temperature. Drain the vacuum from the suction port or into the flavoring port.

12. The emulsifier releases the material. Raise the lid, scrape the material on the paddle, shake the shaker below, and shake the pan to release the material.
