Description

Our vacuum emulsifying mixer consists of water pot and oil pot, main emulsifying tank, vacuum system, tilting discharge system, hydraulic lifting system, mixing system, homogenizing system, heating/cooling system, electric control system (PLC is optional) and platform. It’s used to produce cream, lotion, paste, ointment, paste, conditioner, etc.

▸ The emulsifying pot lid adopts a hydraulic lifting system, easy to clean. Emulsifying pot can adopt tilt discharge.

▸ The vacuum defoaming can make the materials meet the requirement of being aseptic. The vacuum sucking material system adopted can avoid dust.

▸ PTFE scraping board cater to the body of blending groove and scrape out viscosity material on the boiler wall.
