Lipstick melting machine is a part of the lipstick production line. It was widely used for lipstick making, melting and mixing before filling. Suit for lipstick, wax pencil, foundation cream, Petroleum jelly, jam, paint, high viscosity and heating in need material. The normal specifications as follow: 20 L, 40 L, 50 L and 100 L.

1. It can be used with lipstick molds to fill small-scale lipsticks.
2. Easy to operate. Barrel temperature, nozzle temperature and mixing speed can be set through digital panel
3. P.I.D.electric temperature control, would be adjustable, and set up to 24 hours for constant temperature timer.
4. The agitator motor is adjustable and have over-load prevention system.
5. Long service life. Machine material is made of SUS304 and SUS316.
